Finnian is a trained professional chef with a passion for using the freshest ingredients handled with simplicity and finesse. Finnian's cooking style can best be described as contemporary French cuisine with strong Spanish and Japanese influences and a touch of latin flare from his Colombian heritage. Finnian grew up near NYC in northern New Jersey. Growing up in such an ethnically diverse area made him fall in love with flavors from around the world at an early age and has greatly influenced his approach to menu creation.
